Sod Installation
All of our sod is locally grown right here in the DC region. Each roll of sod is cut the day we install it, cut at a 1 1/2” depth so that it retains water better.
We offer two choices of sod: Tall Fescue and Zoysia.

Tall Fescue is a favorite cool-season variety that features a rich, deep-green color. Tall Fescue lawns do well as a quick-establishing evergreen turf

Zoysia is a creeping grass that does well in hotter, more draught-prone regions. Zoysia is prized for its dense, full texture. One benefit of Zoysia lawns is that they can be planted late into the summer (July-August)
