District Landscapes offers the following treatments of pre-emergent in the Fall and Spring:
Trifluralin (Preen) for the treatment and prevention of broadleaf weeds such as sedge, dandelion, strawberry, crabgrass and barnyardgrass in garden beds
Mesotrione (Barricade) for the treatment and prevention of grassy weeds in lawns
All of the chemical pre-emergents we use dissolve in water and are safe around adults, children and pets.
